I have been here two days and a month stay seems short. There is so much to take in and I want to write about so much, however, I really need to gather my thoughts. Give me some time and I will have something for you. I can tell you this, though: I am already thinking about how sad it will be to leave this place.
Ahhh I can't wait until the day I get to go to go there too! Did you eat at that ramen place?
ReplyDeleteYeah, I did. It was delicious; the chashu was unbelievable. I talked to Sachi`s brother, and he said that the restaurant spends $200 on a block of chashu, then they slow cook it for 3 days before putting it into the ramen. That stuff in L.A. is crappy because American`s couldn`t possibly know the difference.
